Business Requirements

With the continuous business expansion of XX Bank (China) Co., Ltd., business interaction, conference communication and staff training between the headquarters and branches, as well as among different branches, have become increasingly frequent. A large number of business strategies and management policies are formulated and promoted through remote conferences, creating an urgent demand for efficient remote collaboration tools to ensure timely and effective internal communication. As an advanced remote interaction and collaboration solution, high-definition remote video conference technology delivers high-efficiency and high-definition conference experiences between the headquarters and branches, and among branch institutions, effectively improving overall communication and collaboration efficiency.

Deployment Solution

First, deploy SX20, SX10 and DX80 terminal devices in the conference rooms of the headquarters and all branches, and connect the devices via network cables to ensure stable and normal network access. Then register all terminal devices to the Sunshine Golden Cloud Video Platform through the Internet to realize unified cloud-based conference management and scheduling.

Deployment Requirements

Ensure stable Internet connection for the access lines with an available uplink and downlink bandwidth of 2Mbps. To maintain stable connection with the video cloud platform, it is recommended to configure fixed IP addresses for all video terminals and set the DNS server address to 8.8.8.8. If firewalls or Internet behavior management devices are deployed on the network, ensure that ports 5060 and 5061 of the video terminal IP addresses are open and accessible.

Deployment Process

After the customer’s Internet service is activated, relevant equipment will be delivered to each site. On-site personnel only need to power on the video terminals and complete basic IP address configuration. Our professional team will be responsible for background server installation and commissioning, video conference room setup, account configuration, client binding and other full-range deployment work. Cooperation from the customer’s on-site technical engineers may be required during the deployment process to ensure smooth project implementation.

Customer Benefits
Simpler and More Convenient Operation

The Sunshine Golden Cloud video terminals feature extremely simple operation. Users can join conferences with just one click. Users can access the cloud video platform and start conferences instantly by dialing the dedicated video conference room number without complicated pre-configuration. Video conferences can be launched anytime and anywhere, with users able to join the meeting within 1 to 2 seconds after dialing the conference number.

Cost Reduction and Innovative Upgrade

Compared with traditional hardware-based video conference systems, the overall cost of cloud video conferences is less than one-tenth of the traditional solutions. There is no need to purchase expensive MCU equipment, lease dedicated lines, or arrange professional IT personnel for daily operation and maintenance.

The cloud video platform supports seamless interconnection and interoperability with traditional video conference systems. It fully protects the customer’s existing equipment investment and enables the expansion and reuse of legacy video conference systems, realizing incremental upgrading of enterprise conference infrastructure.
