The Juniper PTX10001-36MR is a fixed‑configuration packet transport router delivering 9.6 Tbps in a compact 1U chassis — powered by the Express4 ASIC and Junos OS Evolved. It features 36 multi‑rate ports: 24 x 400GbE (QSFP56-DD) and 12 x 100GbE (QSFP28), supporting flexible breakout configurations. With inline MACsec (AES‑256) at 400G line rate, deep buffers for burst absorption, and large FIB scale, it is ideal for cloud cores, peering, data center spines, and CDN aggregation.
