The Juniper EX4100 is an AI-driven, cloud-ready 1U access switch built for high-performance campus and branch networks. Unlike traditional access switches, it delivers 12 hardware QoS queues per port (8 unicast + 4 multicast), EVPN-VXLAN fabric support, and MACsec AES-256 encryption — bringing data center-class features to the edge. With 25GbE uplinks, Virtual Chassis stacking of up to 10 switches (200 Gbps backplane), and native integration with Juniper Mist Wired Assurance (cloud management, AI automation, ZTP, Marvis virtual assistant), the EX4100 streamlines operations while providing flow‑based telemetry, sFlow, and IPFIX for deep visibility.
